	SkillSets: Senior Software Professionals - (VC++) – SD/SSD-C++/VC++  C++/ VC++, MFC, STL, OOAD, UML, Windows Platform, OOAD & UML  Software Professionals/Senior Software Professionals-(C#) SD/SSD- C# C#,.NET Framework,Winforms /Windows form ,OOAD & UML   Software Professionals /Senior Software Professionals -( Complier)-SSD-CMP: C++, Compiler concepts, Compiler Development, YACC+  OOAD, UML, Knowledge on Parsing Techniques, Semantic Analysis, Abstract Syntax Trees & Overall Design of a compiler   Industrial Automation Domain Specialists – SD/SSD-IADS Experience in commissioning of DCS & PLC systems,Programming langugages of DC & PLC,Programming experience, knowledge of C, VB language & HMI   Integration Testers:  - TE- IT Must have skills: Experience in test strategies, test case design, test process, test Automation. Software development experience with either  C++/ VC++on Windows XP, 2000, 2003 or C++, VC++ on Windows CE  or C#.Net  (Testers with only blackbox testing experience need not apply for this position) Preferred: Working knowledge in any of Linux, OOAD, UML, COM,   Internationalization (i18n), Localization (L10n), GUI development in Linux, Compiler validation.   System Testers : TE – ST Must have skills: Experience in test strategies, test case design, test process, test Automation.   Experience in tools used for test anagement, defect tracking and test automation Preferred : (Experience in testing any of following: Industrial Automation Systems Engineering Applications, Engineering Design Tools, Embedded  Systems/Devices Ethernet based systems, Graphical User Interfaces or process plants commissioning)
