-2+ years of work experience as a User Interface Designer for complex, commercial desktop or web applications.
-Minimum 12 months of C# / .NET
-Minimum 6 months of .NET 2.0
-Knowledge and experienced in developing in WinForms.
-Knowledge of C# GUI Threading model
-Good understanding OOD
-Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
-Strong analytical abilities as this position requires ability to evaluate complex technical, business and usability requirements and create practical solutions.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Have written a GUI Control using low level Graphics and used multiple 3rd party component libraries
-Financial or e-commerce application experience a plus
