Work profile	Plan, prepare, review and release the Knowledge Administration Management plan at the group and project level Manage, update and control the Knowledge Database (KDB) and Known Error Database (KEDB) Prepare and report statistics on KDB and KEDB Train various team members on the concept and importance of Knowledge Management Identify and rollout necessary tools for maintaining KDB and KEDB Ensure that the correct information at the right time is available to the support consultants from the KDB and KEDB Own and administer the Knowledge database providing correct access control to team members Maintain access control register for various Knowledge databases Ensure that the Knowledge databases are backed up regularly and recoverable incase of any disaster Liaise with various internal teams and bring improvements in the area of Knowledge management
Qualification
Age
Knowledge	Knowledge Management concepts CMDB, KDB tools like Remedy or similar tools
Experience	·         3 – 5 years of experience playing the role of Knowledge Administrator in a complex and multiple project environments ·         Application Management and SDLC domain experience is necessary ·         ITIL, ISO27000 and ISO20000 knowledge would be an added advantage
