Our Client, a DSA of a Bank based in UAE is looking to add Young & energetic people to its team for UAE for the following positions :
A) Sales Executives - Personal Loans.
Job Profile :
Candidates would be required to Sell Personal Loans in the field. They would be required to meet customers personally after taking an appointment.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum HSC. Graduate / MBA(Preferred)
Minimum 1 years Sales Experience.
GOOD Command of English and having excellent communication skills.
Compensation Benefits ( Depends on Applicants Profile) :
Annual Package 48000 - 84000 UAE Dhiram ( Approximately Rs. 5.76 Lakhs 10.8 Lakhs - INR ) Tax Free PLUS Very Heavy Commisions / Incentives. (Package includes Food and Accommodation Allowance)
B) In Bound Call Center Agent ( Females ONLY)
Job Profile:
Candidates would be required to handle incoming customer queries over the
Phone.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum HSC. Graduate / MBA(Preferred)
Minimum 1 years Call Center ( Inbound or Out Bound) Experience.
Compensation Benefits ( Depends on Applicants Profile) :
Annual Package 48000 - 84000 UAE Dhiram ( Approximately Rs. 5.76 Lakhs 10.8 Lakhs - INR ) Tax Free (Package includes Food and Accommodation Allowance)
Other Benefits Common to Both Positions:

Medical Insurance - for self .
Leave Ticket - AED 2000 once in two year, on completion of 24 months.
Sick leave as per UAE labour law which is 15 days with salary and subsequent 30 days
1/2 salary, after that LWP(leave without pay upto 90 days) .
Family Status - Male candidates are allowed to Sponsor their Family.
Age: Below 38 yrs
Location : Dubai Or Abu Dhabi Or Al Ain ( Candidates can be placed in ANY location)
Temporary living: If selected, on arrival in UAE - 7days hotel accommodation is provided and paid by the Employer.
Working hours/Days/timing: Saturday to Thursday, 6 days, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Type of Contract:
Unlimited contract which is automatically renewed every 3 years.
No Bond
Training: Initial product training will be provided to settle down on the job by the direct supervisor/Bank.
