Ø       Certifications like MCP/MCSE/CCNA

Ø       Excellent soft skills/ customer handling skills

Ø       Working knowledge on Remote Access & work flow tools preferable.

Ø       Alertness & decision making abilities

Ø       Adapts readily to change in routine

Ø       Works effectively in stressful situations
