Qualification	Ph.D./Masters in Energy Systems with prior degree in Electrical/Material Sciences or Physics Knowledge of Solar PV technologies for Energy Generation
Age	23-28 years
Experience	Experience in Project Development/Analysis of Solar Powered Technologies and with Solar PV equipment and operations.
Behavioral requirements	Problem Solving Customer Focus Communication Skills Team Player
