Job Description**	• Carry out functional and non-functional testing of SW components prior to delivery into System Testing. • Setup and test software components including functional testing, negative testing , Stress testing and Load testing • Prepare and execute test scripts and track reported bugs.
Qualification*	• B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication or MCA or equivalent.
Experience and Skill set*	• About 6 years of test experience, minimum of 3 years of experience on testing on minimum 2 WebSphere environment project with web services and 1 WID project. Experience of: • Writing and running test scripts • Testing interfaces and message transmission • Experience with XML/XSL • Familiar with SOA & web services testing • Experience of testing in WebSphere Integration Developer • Be able to develop stubs in the Websphere Integration Developer environment to support testing where needed Experience with toolsets: • Experience with SOA Testing Tools • Rational Test Manager or Mercury Quality Center • Defect reporting tools, ideally Rational Clear Quest or Mercury Quality Centre • Rational Performance tester or Mercury Load runner • Rational Functional tester or Winrunner is useful but not needed for Component Test. Knowledge/ Understanding: • Knowledge about Web sphere Process Server (WPS) test environment, WebSphere Integration Test client. • Service Orient
Preferred Inter-Personnel Skills*	Good spoken and written English communication skills and able to write software test documentation prior to testing.
