Job Description**	• Problem domain analysis (Media domain desirable) • Solution conceptualization (minimum 2 yrs in Media Domain) • Application architecture specifications (2Yrs in Media) • Media specific Product/Technology/Vendor evaluation • Analyze media centric requirements and technology • Validate media specific Technical solution • High Level Design & Integration test specs for the agreed solution • Guide during Integration & System Testing for the agreed solution • Ensure conformance to organization and project quality processes • Support customer relationship & presales activity • Technical and process documentation • Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Qualification*	BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. (IT, Computer Science)
Experience and Skill set*	-More than 9 years of design & development experience in J2EE/.NET Technologies. Minimum 4 years of experience in Media specific requirement capturing, conceptualizing & designing of J2EE/.NET applications at customer site. Experience of leading a technical team. -should be able to clarify intricate technical solutions to business users, resulting in successful implementation. Demonstrate commitment to superior customer service through positive attitude, leadership, and hands-on teamwork. • Experience on DAM systems i.e. Media Digital Archiving systems, Artesia of equivalent • Understanding of software development process. Strong knowledge of Object-oriented design, UML, RUP. • Estimation through standard process (FP, Cocomo, Use case Point. Etc.) • Development and deployment of a manageable, scalable, reliable, and secure integration & web-based application. • Experience in designing rational databases. • Excellent knowledge on J2EE specification & .NET framework. • Up-to
