JD No. 1 - Senior Engineers: (Argus Perceptive)

Key Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Contribute to the design, development and unit testing effort of the product within the constraints of quality and time
• Understand application and the product architecture & provide technical support in enhancement, maintenance & deployment effort
• Actively participate and contribute in new design initiatives, Proof of Concepts and R&D efforts.
• Technically work with and help the team in design and development tasks, Design and Code review

      Critical Success Factor: (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education):

• B.E, B.Tech (Premier Institute)
• 4  years hands on experience on web application
• Technologies: Visual Basic, ASP, .Net, C#, HTML, XML, IIS, JavaScript, VBScript, Oracle
• Strong Design experience and technical skills.
• Additional exposure to TOAD,  CMM/ISO will be a plus

Key Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Actively participate and contribute in new initiatives, Proof of Concepts and R&D efforts
• Technically work with the team in design and development tasks, Design and Code review

     Critical Success Factor: (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education):

• 4 - 6 years of experience in software design, development and implementation
• Conversant with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Technical Skills: Good analytical and problem solving skills, Basic understanding of databases and SQL (Oracle preferred), Basic C++ knowledge, IIS, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005, ASP .NET, HTML, javascript, C#
• Education: BE/BTECH Computer Science (Premier Institute)
• Hands-on with the tools and technology preferable. Strong communication skills
• Candidate should be a good team player with good aptitude and a quick learner
