Our Client, a DSA 100% owned by a Bank based in UAE is looking to add Young energetic people to its sales force for UAE for the following positions :
Positions : Sales Executives – Credit Cards / Personal Loans. (Candidates should be OPEN to both positions)
Job Profile :
Candidates would be required to Sell Credit Cards / Personal Loans in the field. They would be required to meet customers personally after taking an appointment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
MINIMUM HSC. Graduate / MBA - Preferred with a MINIMUM 2 years Sales Experience.
GOOD Command of English and having excellent communication skills.
Compensation Benefits :
Monthly Package:
1. 4000 UAE Dhiram ( Approximately 44,000 INR ) Tax Free PLUS Very Heavy Commisions.
(Monthly package includes Food and Accommodation Allowance)
2. Transport/food/accommodation/mobile expenses - no
3. Medical Insurance - for self Leave Ticket - AED 2000 once in two year, on completion of 24 months.
4. Leave Ticket - AED 2000 once in two year, on completion of 24 months.
5. Sick leave - as per UAE labour law which is 15 days with salary and subsequent 30 days1/2 salary, after that LWP(leave without pay upto 90 days)
6. Family Status
Age: Below 35 yrs
Location : Dubai Or Abu Dhabi Or Al Ain ( Candidates can be placed in ANY location)
Temporary living: If selected, on arrival in UAE - 15days hotel accommodation is provided and paid by the Bank.
Working hours/Days/timing: Saturday to Thursday, 6 days, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Type of Contract:
Unlimited contract which is automatically renewed every 3 years.
No Bond
Training: Initial product training will be provided to settle down on the job by the direct supervisor/Bank.
