Total Experience: - 3 - 6 yrs

Position: - SSE / Technical Lead
Skills: For C#.Net
. Business layer development (winforms/windows)
2. Presentation layer development (winforms/windows)
3. Framework development (winforms/windows)
4. OOAD, OOPS, Design patterns, UML based development (winforms/windows)
5. XML based application development (winforms/windows)
6. Control and component development (winforms/windows)
7. WPF .net 3.5
Microsoft Certified Persons will be preferred
1. Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD .NET)
2. Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD .NET)

Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD .NET)
1. Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft C#.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET
2. Developing and Implementing Windows®-based Applications with Microsoft C#.NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
3. Developing XML Web Services and Server Components with Microsoft C#.NET and the Microsoft .NET Framework
4. Analyzing Requirements and Defining Microsoft .NET Solution Architectures
