Location	Chennai
Work profile	·         Complete Application Management for SAP HR at site/off site where deputed ·         Interacting with customer for requirement gathering for changes required in the existing configuration. ·         Analyze symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution. ·         Trainings and Internal know how transfer. ·         Incident management of HR & Payroll tickets ·         Handling change requests in SAP HR & Payroll ·         Coordinate with other consultants across module and across projects.
Qualification	MBA – HR or HR functional experience
Additional Skills	Mandatory: SAP HR configuration skills in modules – PA(personnel administration),OM(organization management),PY (Payroll – India) Well versed with Schemas SAP HR - Payroll experience is a must Proficiency in MS Office (esp. MS Excel) Should have sound knowledge HR business processes Indian Payroll Desirable: SAP HR – time management skills SAP HR – Personnel development SAP HR – Training & event management ESS/MSS
Experience	1-3 years SAP - HR experience plus HR domain experience
