Roles Senior Developer
Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of allocated engineering artifacts in the module – including requirements specs, design specs, test plans/cases, code and deployment documentation,

Skill Set Required
Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in small/medium projects
on the Microsoft platform in a senior developer role.
N-Tier Web-based application development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies – ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Java script and Crystal Reports, Database concepts/SQL, Web services/XML.
Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns.
Understanding of testing processes for web-based applications
Experience of project execution in a process-oriented environment
Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience of project execution in a process-oriented environment

Desirable Skills
Understanding of project execution models both in the context of development
and maintenance.
Experience with product development
