Position: PHP - Lead Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-6+ Years

Skills:
 PHP
 Joomla/ Drupal Open Source Content Management System (CMS)
 MySQL / Oracle
 HTML, JavaScript
 Superior software design and programming skills
 Excellent oral and written English communication
 Must have experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities:
• Will have to manage the PHP team independently.
• Owns responsibility for the entire duration of the project lifecycle; including process, technology, planning, task breakdown, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Schedules tasks and allocate resources based on work requirement.
• Leads, guides, and mentors a team of 2 to 5 software engineers.
