Work profile	5-7 yrs experience in Software testing Minimum of 3 years of Test Team Leadership, supervising team sizes of up to 4 in a large scale application development environment, using formal testing methods. Minimum of 5 years in a system test role performing Functional and Regression Testing in a large scale application development environment, using formal testing methods. Minimum of 3 years experience on a multi-tiered development project, including mainframe, web layer and client layer, as a formal system tester.

Experience	Minimum 2 - 4 years exp. in Software Testing   Required Technical Skills: At least 2+ yrs experience in Software Testing. Should have exposure to build management. Good knowledge in OOAD Should possess good scripting skills.
