• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows XP/(Vista), and in particular experience with .Net framework and knowledge of XML
• Integrates basic principles theories/concepts of professional field with procedures and activities within own work area
• Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information
• Verifies detailed information
• Tracks, monitors and maintains detailed information
• Develops and applies:
- Basic programming/engineering skills in 2 or more relevant languages or methodologies
- Testing and debugging principles
• Knowledge of one area of system architecture, product module, or assembly/test module
• Learns the product development or manufacturing/test process
• Evaluate products compared to standard, expected results
• Assists with development and testing of a particular module or assembly/test process based on detailed design documents
• Tests and releases a small fix, process change or corrective action to improve quality, yield or manufacturing cycle time

Soft skills
• Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have professional attitude

Education and Background
• Internships and/or 1-3 years of related experience out of which at least 1 year should be in C#.Net.
• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in web services is added advantage
Should be strong in Object Oriented analysis and design


Development Team Lead
Position Title: Software Engineer II - Senior Engineer/Team Lead - Grade 9

• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Windows XP/(Vista), and in particular experience with .Net framework and knowledge of XML
• Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related disciplines and industry practices
• Applies professional judgment based on the analysis of quantitative data and information
- Screens, categorizes and resolves data integrity issues
• Develops project management skills
• Basic ability for black box test design, development and execution
• Applies and enhances:
- Solid programming/engineering skills in 2 or more relevant languages or methodologies
- Expertise in specific product/process or system architecture areas
• Develops awareness of competitor products and advantages of current and alternative assembly/test processes
• Understand multiple system components and/or multiple programming languages
• Analyzes product design or assembly/test processes for at least one product area or assembly process
• Finds basic design flaws and tests corrective action or fix
• Serves as mentor to team members
Soft skills

Education and Background
• 4-5 years of related experience out of which at least 2 years should be in C#.Net.
• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline
