Job Description**	• Carry out functional and non-functional testing of SW components prior to System Testing. • Setup and test software components including Functional testing, Negative testing, Stress testing and Load testing. • Prepare and execute the test cases and track the reported bugs. • Prepare test execution reports.
Qualification*	• B.E. / B.Tech (Preferably in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication) or MCA or equivalent.
Experience and Skill set*	• About 1-3 years of experience in Manual Software testing. Experience of: • Writing and running the test cases • Compatibility testing • Experience with SQL, VMWare • Familiar with AGILE methodology & Scrum • Good interaction with the client Experience with the following tools: • Quality Center • Defect reporting tools, ideally PVCS Tracker • Exposure to ClearCase and Configuration Management activities will be an advantage. Knowledge & understanding: • Knowledge of all the software test processes • Build Management process
Preferred Inter-Personnel Skills*	Excellent English Communication Skills and Customer Focus. Should be able to write software test documentation independently prior to testing.
