The applicationsdeveloper will be responsible for the analysis and development of highperformance, computationally intensive retail applications. As a member ofthe software engineering division, you will build enhancements andresolve product defects. Build and execute unit test and unit test plans.Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Interact with QAand porting engineering about problems in the code. 
  
Displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderatelycomplex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding andapplying company policies and processes.

PreferredQualifications: BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.2 years of software engineering experience on the Microsoft technologyplatform.

Strong academic background

Mandatory
VB.Net and/or C#. Net programming skills
Experience of SQL scripting on Oracle or SQL Server

Experience in developing desktop applications

 

Desirable

Experience of programming with Visual Basic 6
Technical design using UML
