FIC is looking at professionals with 4-7 yrs of Exp in Dotnet.


Skill Set: .NET 1.1, 2.0(knowledge on 3.0 would be an added advantage), ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, Windows Services, MSMQ, XML, UML, VSS/TFS(Team Foundation Server), Working knowledge on AJAX & BizTalk Server 2004 or BizTalk Server 2006 would be an added advantage.

• Candidate should have strong programming skills (basically Analytical and Logical) in .NET preferably using C#. VB.NET can also be considered but would be interviewed for c# only unless and until the requirement is specifically for VB.net.
• He/She should have an in-depth understanding of the .NET Framework and object oriented concepts.(Would prefer hands on)
• For candidates with 5 Yrs and above working knowledge on the design patterns(c#) and UML (developing Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams etc using UML) is a must.
• Should be a Team Player with good interpersonal skills.
• Possessing good communication skills (Oral and written) is a must.
• Candidates with 5+ yrs of experience would also be evaluated for Team building, Mentoring skills apart from the above mentioned Technical requirements.
Coding is must for SSE or a Lead.
